It allows for creativity, openness, and frees me to dedicate more time to each client. Because of my experience of over thirty years as a broker on Bainbridge Island, a strong referral network and access to excellent legal advice, I am able to work in this capacity and pass on the happy result. Many of my friendships began with a real estate transaction. Dealing with people’s properties and dreams is an intimate process to which I am empathetic and discrete. My job is not to talk you into moving here-I'm not a proponent of growth. But Bainbridge has a way of selling itself, as you will see. My job is to educate you to the area, the market, and every aspect of the transaction. By the time you enter a transaction you should be confident in what you are doing.
