Working as an independent broker is a huge advantage for me as well as for my clients. It allows for a more creative and open approach and frees me to allocate the necessary time to each client. Because of my experience of over thirty years as a broker on Bainbridge Island, a strong referral network and access to excellent legal advice I am able to work in this capacity and pass on the happy result to my clients.

Many of my friendships have begun with a real estate transaction. Dealing with people’s properties and dreams is an intimate process to which I am empathetic and discrete. My job is to educate the client to the area, the market, and every aspect of the transaction. By the time you enter a transaction you should be confident in what you are doing.

Bainbridge Island sells itself. I won’t talk you into moving here, (I’m not a proponent of growth) but I will find what you want . Here is where I raised my two daughters and have lived since 1958. It’s a great place to live.

  My family and I have been on Bainbridge Is. since 1981 and have loved living so close to Seattle yet so far from the bustle of the big city. We have had many unique opportunities from riding horses, boating, hiking to most recently golfing in a place with no tee times.

I have been selling real estate since 1992 and started my own brokerage in 2002. Being an independent broker has allowed me more time to devote to each person that I work with from finding a new home to selling the old one. My advertising budget affords a continuous presence on the internet and in the local paper. I have worked with clients in all ranges from
30,000 to 3,000,000 and from Olympia to Seattle. While specializing in Bainbridge and the Kitsap County area I am well able to help clients in other parts of Washington, or help them find an agent in their area that will give them the superior service that I insist on.

Selling real estate has been my passion since 1992 and I have owned my own brokerage since 2002. I became independent to provide my clients with 100% of my resources for advertising their homes or finding a new one. I have worked with clients on both ends of the financial spectrum and I feel that gives me a unique ability fill my clients needs, from first time buyer to multiple home owners.
